The Plum Island Foundation is led by a few committed long term Plum Island residents. We are advised by our State Legislative Delegation, our local Municipal leaders of Newbury and Newburyport, and by the Merrimack River Beach Alliance (MRBA).  We also have a long time advisor and friend of the Foundation in Bob Connors, another local resident.
